Student protest · Tirana
Five days that shook the capital
From 13 to 17 October, students and young people took to the streets over university conditions, the cost of living and corruption. This is the week, day by day, with its sources.
The Forum's position
The students’ demands are legitimate. We condemn violence from any side and ask for a proportionate police response, an independent investigation of every case of excessive force, and concrete reforms in education.
